Bank Certificate
Here is Bank Certificate Format. It is require in case you do not have Printed Cancel Cheque.
Printed Cancel cheque means, Cheque Having company/firm name pre-printed on it.
Please note that Bank Certiifcte should be -
1) On Letter Head of Bank
2) Same as Sample attach. Please do not change format or language.
3) Photograph must be stamped and signed.
4) Bank Certificate should have IFSC Code of Bank
5) Certificate should be in favour of Regional Authority. List of regional DGFT attached. For Example, if you are in Delhi NCR, It will be in name of DGFT. CLA, New Delhi but if you are in Mumbai, it will be in favour of DGFT, Mumbai.
