- 1. Name approval
First of all, you are required to decide about the name of your company which will be applied to MCA for approval. Names of company provided should ideally be unique and suggestive of company business.
- 2. Application of DSC & DPIN
The next step is to apply for Digital signature and DPIN. Digital signature is an online signature used for signing the e-forms and DPIN refer to Directors identification number issued by Registrar.
- 3. MOA & AOA submission
After the name approval, Memorandum of association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) needs to be prepared which includes the rules & byelaws of the company. Both MOA and AOA are filed with the MCA with the subscription statement for the authentication & approval.
- 4. Apply for PAN & TAN
Now Government has simplified the procedure for PAN or TAN application by providing single window clearance option. Hence, application for PAN or TAN for the company can be applied along with the incorporation application.
- 5. Get incorporation certificate
Once all the documentation is done & form is filed with the department, registrar issues the incorporation certificate. Incorporation certification is a conclusive evidence that company has been created. It includes CIN number, name of the company, date of incorporation, etc.
- 6. Apply for Bank account
After receiving the incorporation certificate, you can submit the Incorporation certificate, MOA, AOA and PAN along with the account opening form of bank to open your bank account.
